Winnie Dang
Director of CFO Services
Winnie Dang leads the CFO Services practice for The Accountancy. She has over a decade of experience in leading organizations with finance, business, accounting, and operational guidance. Winnie serves as a strategic business advisor and helps clients transform their operations, including executing enterprise-wide strategies, implementing financial management software, and evaluating and strengthening reporting and control functions.
Winnie previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer of a non-profit organization where she developed their compliance program, implemented the Enterprise Resource Planning software and negotiated strategic partnerships. Winnie was also a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP where she advised a number of Fortune 500 companies in performing forensic accounting analyses and leading engagements to address both reactive and proactive fraud and compliance risks.
She received a Master of Science in Gerontology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Certified Administrator in the Residential Care Facility for the Elderly.
