Onboarding Coordinator & Client Service Associate
Andrea graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Northridge in 2022. She has worked in the customer service industry for 10 years and in administration for a total of 5 years. Her absolute favorite part about being in client service is the storytelling she gets to be a part of while meeting all kinds of people. Andrea is looking forward to all the stories she has yet to hear working with the staff and clients at The Accountancy.
Andrea’s role includes administrative work and technology. One aspect of her work including being the firm’s Onboarding Coordinator, helping clients to utilize our client portal and guiding them through the process of utilizing our services. She is proficient in Spanish and also understands a lot of French.
When not at work, Andrea loves to spend time at the beach or in Mexico. She loves jewelry so much that she started making her own designs and now sells them at flea markets on the weekends.
