Kirby is a CPA and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He joined the legacy firm of Brotemarkle & Company in 1980 and has practiced accounting in the Los Angeles area since graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from California State University at Dominguez Hills.

Kirby provides business and tax planning as well as tax preparation services and financial statement preparation. Some of the industries Kirby has been involved with include the entertainment, restaurant, construction and real estate industries as well as many nonprofit organizations.
